We are now looking for an engaged and driven person who wants to become a part of our team in Jokkmokk. You have knowledge of – or want to learn more about – the production of high-quality charcuterie and meat products. With us, you will play an important role in the production of charcuterie such as sausages, smoked and air-dried meat, as well as other delicacies.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the entire charcuterie process – from raw material to finished product. Your tasks will include preparation and processing of raw materials, smoking, and ongoing quality controls to ensure that our products meet the highest standards in terms of taste, consistency, and hygiene.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, with the ability to see opportunities in your daily work. You will work closely with other colleagues, so good communication and collaboration skills are important. You should enjoy working both in smaller and larger teams.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in charcuterie production or have worked in the food industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Knowledge of food hygiene
• Good physical ability, as the job may involve heavier tasks
• Education in charcuterie or food production is an advantage
